Everything was excellent, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. Very close to a train station, the location was fab and beautiful, close to the bus stop. Again, it was relatively near Seaford Beach.

Everything was perfectly fine, we had wonderful 2 days here. The staff was very, very nice and amicable and the rooms were new-fashioned. Besides, the location was quiet for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Seaford Beach. The hotel was set in a relaxing area.

Stunning magnificent location, in the conservatory overlooking the garden providing a very peaceful haven. Just next door to home made jams and Marmalade, and handy for Brighton. Lovely and fantastic breakfast with jams, warm croissants, fruit.

Everything was perfect, really great service, perfect location not far from Bishopstone railway station with Seaford 3 minutes and Newhaven 8 minutes and further west to Brighton, the beautiful conservatory in a very quiet neighbourhood, and beach. Free parking on site provided. Not to mention great wifi!

We were given a stylish and en suite room with lovely views, coffee, kettle. Beautiful and incredible location minutes from a railway station, that was handy. The place was set about 25 minutes walk from the downtown. Truly enjoyed our absolutely amazing stay of night or day.

Lovely place for 7 nights. Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was satisfactory! Really enjoyed that we had a heating system, an ironing set and iPod docking station in the double room. Café The Salty Seahorse was located 10 minutes walk away.
